Great! ...when not Broken!

I love this product! I really do! It can detect when youre sleep (light and heavy sleeping patterns), when youre active, walking, exercising, etc. It can sync to other apps, such as MyFitnessPal and also upload a food rating score on the UP app. I love the Bluetooth compatibility on the UP24 version, however, when it breaks, its broke! 4 of my friends are using the UP Jawbone and all of us needed it exchanged because it wouldnt charge, the lights dont work, its stuck, its permanently off, etc. etc. Weve all tried to soft and hard reset it many times following the UP forums and also other Internet forums, but it just breaks that often! Mine was a gift and I didnt have the receipt so unfortunately they wouldnt exchange it for me and I had to buy a new one! If the UP band worked perfectly, that would be great, but amongst all my friends thats a 100% failure rate! Overall, I still think its better than the other step counters out there! Choice is yours!
